The rifle features a back action lock, double set triggers, patent breech and German silver furniture. The overall condition of the rifle is excellent, showing very little use. The barrel retains an even brown patina overall with markings and edges remaining crisp. The engraved lock is a pewter color; likely faded case-hardened finish. The walnut stock is beautiful; a rounded profile featuring German silver patchbox, trigger guard, buttplate, tailpipe, forend tip and wedge escutcheons. The condition of the stock is excellent with over 98% of its finish remaining. The rifle is sighted with a combination globe front with German silver blade a combination lollipop tang sight with peephole and top sighting notch. Butt-stock is ornamented with star, heart, diamond, round and knife shape inlays.
