A very attractive nickel plated Belgian pinfire with signature folding trigger and high front sight, featuring fine floral engraving in approximate 50% coverage, comprising floral scroll and vignettes on frame, vignettes on cylinder, and scroll on approximately 1/3rd of barrel. Nicely grained ivory grips, retained by a single engraved screw through an engraved escutcheon. Belgian ELG proof visible on rear of cylinder and “ACIER FONDU” [cast steel] on lower left barrel flat.
The pistol is contained in a basketweave pattern wrapped case, French fitted for the gun and 2 compartments to hold accessories, vacant.

Item Condition: Excellent, showing only the lightest evidence of trivial freckling to nickel in recessed corners (minor lifting on trigger that doesn’t distract or compromise), with some extremely minor handling marks and clouding normal to nickel mentioned for accuracy. Mechanically fine, bore is very good with strong rifling and a few areas of minor pitting about halfway down barrel interior. Case is very good, lining with impressions from revolver, and handling marks throughout. Some peeling to exterior, mostly to bottom, lock may be replaced.
