Additional Information: .30 caliber, inside of both grips marked “1”. Experimental
loading gate and detachable extractor are unique and to our knowledge the only extant
example. Barrel with integral rib and German silver front sight; brass frame never
plated, spur trigger, two piece square butt rosewood grips. Unfluted 6-shot cylinder,
hammer is of the earliest type with exaggerated curved spur; front sight is shorter than
later production. Frame shows dark mustard patina. Front edge of cylinder marked “1”.
Bore is sharp with light accumulation of surface dirt.
