.41 Caliber Third Type 1

A Frank Wesson derringer marked serial number 12, has a breech serial, long flutes, two patent dates with horizontal markings and a narrow pointed trigger sheath. A last model derringer in the second serial range, the markings are 75% legible, with no finish remaining on the piece. The pistol retains the correct dagger, and the left grip is an old, good replacement. The pistol measures 5.5-inches in overall length, and the barrel measures 3-inches in length.
