Extremely early American pistol copying the very earliest Henry Deringer pistols, which used a full side-lock instead of a back-action lock. This make, with the full side-lock, is likely from New York. American percussion derringers are extremely rare. The pistol measures 7-inches in overall length, and the barrel measures 3.5-inches in length.
