Comes with 2 cylinders (percussion and cartridge), .36 caliber, serial number 5066, 6 1/2" octagonal barrel. Blade front sight. Cartridge cylinder is #234. The number 234 is also stamped under the barrel ahead of the lever catch. Barrel is signed “PATENTED SEPT. 14, 1858 / E. REMINGTON & SONS, ILION NEW YORK, U.S.A. / NEW MODEL.” Finish: the barrel has 60% bright blue, the rammer lever has 75% bright blue, the frame has 15% scattered, the hammer has 50%, the cartridge cylinder has 15% scattered, the percussion cylinder has 90%, the grips are excellent with 90% varnish.
