.63 caliber smooth bore, 10.5-inch round barrel with octagonal breech ribbed; overall 16.25-inches.
Half moon from sight, no rear sight, barrel held by two pins. Full walnut stock, pointed butt, birds-head contour, raised carving on sides of ramrod channel and surrounding trigger guard bow and finial; magnificent carving with pronounced teardrop; carving surrounds tang.
