.32 Caliber Moore Teat-Fire Revolver
Serial number 17296. Condition: 40% blue thinning and fading on the barrel, 50-60% silver on the frame, scuffs on the high points of the grips and some dings; the grips retain 60% original varnish; traces of blue on the cylinder. The frame is engraved and the barrel has lightly engraved borders. Barrel marked "MOORE'S PAT. FIREARMS CO. BROOKLYN, N.Y." Cylinder marked "D. WILLIAMSON'S PATENT / JAN. 5, 1864." Signed "APR. 28 / ?" under swivel gate on right side of barrel lug.
