Civil War Manhattan Firearms Company Navy Revolver

This Manhattan Navy .36 caliber percussion revolver is a Series III, 5-shot. All numbers (23278) match including the arbor and wedge. This later type III revolver with the 1859 cylinder patent date has no recoil shield spring plate as per Flayderman 5C-013. The back strap and trigger guard retain about 80% silver finish with 25% blue on the 6.5 inch long barrel and strong traces of case color on the loading lever, frame and hammer; grips retain 90-95% varnish. The pistol is in excellent mechanical condition and has an excellent cylinder scene.
