Material: Cast iron, wood, and painted

Condition: The hammer is compromised, retains nipple, bore is dirty

Additional Information: Muzzle molding, about 80-caliber bore; hardwood carriage
made from solid block displays very old moss-green paint over black. The barrel is
secured to carriage by a heavy wrought iron strap. The base is solid [no rot], appears to
have been aboard a sailing vessel based on surface color and patina.
