The nearly full coverage intricately carved ornamentation includes hearts, domes and geometric motifs. The down-sloped handle with volute has a scratch-molded edge; lid slides within track that is analogues to box carved of a single piece of wood and fitted with double compartment. Wood loss at "short-end" dado, all else, including patina...excellent. (Length: 13.5 inches; height: 2.125 inches; width: 2.25 inches.)
