Round top attached to typical robust early style cleat pierced by turned standard featuring sagged baluster; chamfered shoe feet.

Date: 1700-1730

Measurement: Height: 24"; top: 13.5"

Material: Walnut with some figure, base: poplar

Condition: Very good, commensurate with age and use; base retains original red, top, Cleat and column appear to be in original surface, good color, and patina. Small expertly crafted patch to edge of top that does not distract. Minor pesting limited to underside of base.
