Third Issue w/ button head cylinder pin at rear, frame slightly narrower than first two issues and is beveled on sides. The continuous top sighting groove is replaced with a horizontal ridge with V-notch sight. Cylinder engraving displays five round panels depicting mounted rider, standing Indian [seal of Massachusetts], ship and other military trophy and panoply of arms designs. The very rare Gutta-percha case is fitted specifically for this model and is bored for 52 rimfire rounds; The cover features high relief scroll work. This is a good example. In any condition these are scarcely encountered.

Measurement: 2.5" octagonal barrel

Material: Walnut grips, six rounds of ammo, iron frame

Condition: Strong roll die cylinder scene, action is smooth and tight, traces of blue, smooth surface, two corners gutta percha case chipped; original liner.
