This molded chest containing five graduated drawers is raised on a frame resting on bandy legs; the feet retain full pads. Outstanding proportions and condition.

Item Date: Circa 1765

Measurement: Height: 52"; case width: 36"; case depth: 18.25"; top molding" 38.75" x 20”

Material: Tiger Maple, white pine

Item Condition: Excellent, scattered light water stains to top, a single rear return is an old replacement. There is a trivial measuring mistake, a drilled hole for a handle post was filled when the chest was made. The surface appears to be original.
