This table displaying perfect balance and proportions features an oval top, delicate scrolled-out corner returns, and cabriole legs ending in pad feet. The top is fastened by wood pegs that remain at full length within the frame – they were never cut. (The provenance as we know it – will be made available to purchaser.)

Measurement: Height: 26.5"; Top: 32.5" x 25.75"
Material: Maple and forged nails
Item Condition: Excellent. The top is in a 100-year-old finish and displays scattered water stains and wear as depicted. Base with old, possibly original, finish, with a deep rich patina. Trivial age [shrinkage] split to top. Structurally fine.
