Anonymous, Discovered in Western New York State
An American School composition displaying a modernistic aesthetic. The confident young woman is seated in a chair having an upswept scrolled arm, she holds a book and is shown with a scarf freely draped over her shoulders… the scarf color is closely related to background and chair upholstery unifying and adding interest to the composition.
