Wind turns propeller and crankshaft causing the man to seemingly work hard cranking shaft. Vertical framing blooks [wood] display original sage green paint; gentleman’s body painted red; head/face painted black… his remining hair looks to be rubber. The maker incorporated early auto parts and used beads and pinheads for coat buttons, eyes, and nose… mouth is carved.
