The desk displays nice proportions; fall-front opens to reveal a prospect section featuring raised tombstone paneled door behind which are four drawers concealing hidden drawers... flanked by document drawers. The interior contains cubbies with shaped dividers over a total of 8 serpentine drawers [four on each side]. Rather than the usual lopers the lid is supported by a pair of candle drawers. The case having molded base contains four graduated thumb-molded drawers and is raised on outstanding ogee feet.
