Antique, Spanish Military Pattern 1752 Miguelet Flintlock Holster Pistol, Date 1785

10.5-inch, .72-caliber round to octagon barrel struck with date [1785] and military marks; bore is dirty but looks good; sensitively cleaned barrel in bright finish. All miguelet lock nomenclature appears to be associated; action is tight and smooth. All furniture is brass and has recently been cleaned. The walnut stock appears to be in an old refinish yet displays great color; carving centering breech tang, sideplate, rear entry pipe and lockplate display soft edges from age and hard use.
