Hollow cast with well-defined detail in the round as a single piece; finial emanates from fluted tapered column with two rings continuing to scroll molded base. At the base are donut-shaped rings identical to those produced by the J.W. Fiske iron Works in New York (yet under chin is an angled braze as seen on posts by the P. Herzog Fence Works of Minneapolis).
