A must unusual and pleasing form with weighted lid [cast lead finial] featuring four-color decoration. The interior is in clamshell white paint. Possibly a spice, sugar or small chestnut urn or part of a garniture set. Displays well, minor seam splits near rim, scatters small areas of paint loss; interior is grungy with light surface rust limited to bottom.
