This front-loading revolver features about 25% coverage Nimschke-style floral scroll engraving on the frame. The top of the barrel is marked with the Moore's one-line address, and the cylinder is marked with the D. William's one-line patent date and factory etched with a detailed forest scene. The grips and grip frame have matching "96" and "B96" markings respectively. Includes an original Moore's Patent Firearms Co. box with an illustration of one of these engraved revolvers on the green lid label and "1099" written on the bottom.

Condition: Very fine with 85% plus original silver plating remaining and showing a darkened aged patina. The engraving and etching remain distinct. The grips are very fine; 90%+ condition with minor handling and storage wear and slight varnish flaking. Mechanically excellent. The box is very good with trivial restorations.
