Barrel marked on top COLT'S PT. F.A. MFG. Co./HARTFORD CT. U.S.A. (plus finials at each end); engraved in the Special Factory Engraving on the barrel, cylinder, backstrap, and frame. Round barrel, half-moon front sight. Ivory bird head grip. A rare little pistol.

Date: Circa 1875

Measurement: 2 7/16-inch barrel

Condition: Left grip with shrinkage fissure, right side replaced; frame shows no silver or nickel. The action is fine, bore is quite clean.
