Oval portrait of an older Jefferson with white hair above which is printed. "THOMAS JEFFERSON", beneath the portrait: "PRESIDENT of the UNITED STATES of AMERICA". Enclosing the portrait is displayed an enameled laurel wreath intertwined with ribbon printed with the names of 15 states. The reverse with polychrome ship flying American flag... above shipping crates (on crates) WB - TX - NO 4 - FOR AMERICA, and NO 17 flanked by flags.

Condition: Displays pristine however it is restored, typical cracks and hairlines to base, spout, and handle.
