A fine portrait plaque... The reverse is impressed with the "CMHR" crown and shield factory mark for C.M. Hutschenreuther; shield with initials "CMHR" surmounted with crown. During late 19th and early 20th century, the Hutschenreuther porcelain factory was the primary provider of blank porcelain plaques.
