Constructed of ash and pine; tack and peg...of the three original leather sling straps, two are intact with the third being compromised. The surface is original-green paint now highly oxidized and appearing black. One side centered by impressed "NR" ( ___ Rifles; RK-owners initials.) and scratched period initials "RK" as depicted.
