A large standing salt; thin-walled bowl raised on a knopped standard resting on stepped circular base; underside of bowl features stepped turnings.

Date: Early 19th century

Measurement: Height: 5.25"; diameter: 4.25"

Material: Maple, old.. possibly original green paint

Condition: Very good, a trivial... very old shrinkage crack to base long ago repaired.
