Scrolled back above top featuring turreted front corners; turned and fluted columns continuing to tall elegantly turned feet joining shaped front and side aprons. The case contains four cockbeaded drawers retaining original brass hardware. Typical of shop traditions the chest is overbuilt and is joined with many more glue blocks than generally encountered.

Material: Birch, maple, and white pine

Condition: One side displays a filled shrinkage crack
