An ovoid salt glaze stoneware jug, the elaborate incised leafy scrolled decoration brushed in cobalt as are the neck cordons, The central applied molded roundel displays initials "GR" beneath crown within wreath flanked by impressed circles. A robust example.

Condition: Restoration to crack in handle, a single ping at 11 o'clock. Displays well.
