Vertical “REAL ESTATE” in bold, classic serif style gold-gilt letters stacked on a dark (blackish green) background with a contrasting teal/green border. The gilding shows typical age-related wear and slight flaking, but the letters were applied with high-quality gold leaf or gold size—very common on premium signs.
