A fine set of five period chairs, and one matching bench made chair completing a set of six.
Yoke carved crests above particularly beautiful splats flanked by boldly turned stiles joining stay rail above the trapezoidal seat raised on vase and ring turned tapering legs ending in pad feet [front]. The legs are joined by stretchers.

Item Condition: The rush seats display typical minor imperfections – they are functional and should be used daily. Three chairs are perfect; one has part of one foot restored, has a 2" restoration to one splat.
