Identified as Double Derringer 2nd model (has side markings and no extractor), gray overall finish; excellent rosewood grips, right side has traces of blue, excellent markings and unbroken hinge. Marked on rib between barrels: E. REMINGTON AND SONS, ILION, N.Y. The other side marked… ELLIOT’S PATENT DEC 12, 1865. Action is smooth and tight.
