Sausage, ring, and baluster turned posts. The three arched slats join turned posts featuring tall robust finials; turned arms join capped front posts that continue to slightly tapering feet; the legs joined by the trapezoidal splint seat and turned double box-stretchers. Wonderful old red paint

Item Condition: Overall condition is original and excellent. The original splint seat is failed at the side rails – however, we had a seat cushion made that contains a conforming piece of plywood that is supported by seat rails without compromising the original seat.
