Forged rushlight holder raised on a distinctive knee base with three rectangular-section legs terminating in pointed feet. The square-section stem supports a counterweighted pivoting arm fitted with narrow jaws and terminating in a tightly coiled counterweight. Hand-forged throughout, the holder exhibits well-balanced proportions and retains its original working configuration.
