Molded top and bottom, engraved tavern scenes flanked by full-length putty. The engraving is worn, it looks like “Woe Geset” with the other side reading “Wij Trinken wel” translating to: “Because we sit, we can drink”. We may not be 100% accurate; language appears to be a German-Northern Dutch dialect.
