This example represents a small group of similar pieces…its handle is arched on underside where it transitions to the bowl; handle and bowl are one…being made from the same piece of wood with no seam. The rim of bowl is beveled [chamfered] as is the topside of handle where they meet. The color and patina are very pleasing.
