Creamy-white pearlware with the characteristic slight bluish tint in the clear lead glaze. The form is the classic bulbous/ovoid shape on a pedestal foot with a simple brown line, tall, curved spout, looped handle, and domed lid with matching finial. Underglaze polychrome “Prattware” technique—colors (ochre/orange, brown, green, blue, yellow) The upper border (body + lid) features a repeating stylized orange/ochre “draped leaf” [or fan] motifs with radiating green/brown lines and scalloped brown edging below. This is a very common Pratt-type geometric frieze. The main panel displays a bold central floral bouquet featuring a large brown chrysanthemum/daisy, surrounded by green serrated leaves, smaller blue and yellow flowers, and orange accents. Scattered small brown “feather” or sprig motifs fill the space—another Pratt hallmark. The handle and spout have matching small brown painted sprigs, tying the whole design together.

Measurement: Height: 13"

Material: Glazed Earthenware, Pratt-like underglaze colors
