Each interior surface of this patriotic wafer iron displays the Great Seal of the United States. The locking device at the handle terminus is intact.

It is thought that these were made to produce wafers to be enjoyed at/during innumerable patriotic events held during the early nineteenth century.

Material: Cast and engraved iron, wrought iron
