Small Splint Basket, Found in Maine by Don Walters, Original Paint

A very nice example having a double rim, carved and notched handles, and good surface. Ex Don Walters.

Date: Late 19th Century

Measurement: Height: 4.25"; handle height: 5.125"; diameter: 8"

Material: Ash & unidentified splint, orange and highly oxidized [looks black] green paint.

Condition: Few trivial breaks.
