Condition: Good, some fading, few losses; largest creased and separated

Additional Information: All hand drawn and watercolor, a collection of 17, some with
displaying landscape, birds, an eagle, and floral spays.

A teacher’s handwritten lesson planning book, 360-pages filled front-to-back with basic to advanced
mathematical and measuring exercises, rules and examples; time, apothecaries and weights…American
and English monies; script, doodling and printing. Benjamin signed most pages; later 19th century entries
of family names in pencil may assist with genealogy.
Generally good condition with only typical foxing and minor edge losses, missing pages.
