Which is better for you....Selling at Auction or AAAWT's Brokerage Program?

Would you rather have $900 or $937?

Seems like a Simple Question, but you'd be amazed just how deceptive the math can be,
especially when selling at auction

THE TRUE PRICE OF ANY ITEM SOLD AT AUCTION IS
THE DOLLAR AMOUNT OF THE CHECK THAT THE
BUYER WRITES TO THE AUCTIONEER!

For example: You Put Your Green Painted Box through Auction

Hammer Price on the Green Painted Box is $1,000. Buyer's Premium is 25%

Actual (TRUE) Price of the Green Painted box is $1,250.

Auctioneer gave you, the consignor, a special commission rate of 10%
(although often you'll be offered auction commision rates of 30-35%)

So, after a while, you get $1,000 minus 10%($100), yielding you $900

Bottom Line: You got $900 of the $1,250, while the auctioneer received
$350....Or another way to view this is that you received a little less than 72%
of the Total Sale Price,,,Not 90% How does that sound?

Using the same information, substituting AAAWT's Brokerage Program at
25% Commission, you would receive 75% of $1,250 or $937.

So, what would you rather have....$900 or $937?? and this
doesn't even address the services and extra fees aspect!

With AAAWT's Brokerage Programs, you participate in the pricing, no
sale/no fees, all services are included (no surprises), the sale won't end up on
a price data base, etc., etc. Let us walk you through the details!

AAAWT is the Least Cost and Most Effective
Alternative to Auction Fever

WE ADD VALUE, NOT FEES
