Material: Wrought iron

Condition: Excellent

Additional Information: A shouldered blunt conical shaped finial
surmounts the shaft which continues to wafer knop…where it becomes wider and is
twisted and squared before piercing the white-smithed [file work and punched
decoration] base. The legs are slightly convex and taper to penny feet.

Measurement: Height: 41"

Condition: Excellent

Additional Information: A pair of nozzles featuring flared rims and pushup
ejectors on box spring. The standard is raised on arched tripod base resting
on spade feet. Smitty Axtel found a closely related example in
Delaware County, New York.

Condition: Very good, original surface

Additional Information: The turned arm facilitating two sheet iron candle sockets
travels the post which is stabilized by the massive turned wood counterweight which
also receives four slab-cut legs.

Measurement: Height: 38"

Material: Wrought iron

Condition: Very good

Additional Information: The candle arm travels up-and-down the standard and is held
in place by the box spring; candle nozzle employs an ejector post to release short stub.
The stubs were then burnt within the neighboring ingenious holder. The spider legs rest
on discoidal feet. Smitty Axtel found a closely related example in Delaware County, New
York. The subject stand was purchased in 1970 in New York State.
