Sheet iron wick pick with tapered spring arms terminating in fine points for trimming and lifting candles or lamp wicks. The body bears a stamped maker’s mark, although it is now only partially legible. Wick picks were commonly used to maintain candles and oil lamps by removing charred wicks, improving combustion, and reducing smoke.
