Antique Associates has a long standing committment to the Privacy of our Customers, Consignors, and Clients. We believe that you are entitled to absolute privacy in every transaction, and will only share information in the rare instance that it is required by Federal, State, or other Legal Statutes.

How to Find AAAWT's Privacy Policy

The AAAWT, Inc. Privacy Policy is posted on our Home Page at WWW.AAAWT.COM , and is accessible on every page or location where we may gather information.

Data Elements and Information that we may collect in full, or in part:

Name (personal identifier)
Address (your home or business address, whichever you may provide for mailings or shipments)
Phone Number (your home, cell, and/or business phone, whichever you may provide)
Email Address (Maintained for normal communications, to respond to inquires, and for use in AAAWT's Advance Notice Email Program)
Tax Exemption Identification plus required supporting Business Card or Tax Exemption Certificate (dealers)
Credit Card Informatin (only for customer requestng Credit Cards for payment purposes)
Sales History (maintained for tax reporting purposes)
Purchase History (maintained for tax reporting purposes)
Other: In some cases we may require other infomation when executing a Layaway or time payment, or for other administrative purposes

The Way We Use Information:

We use return email addresses to answer the email we receive. Addresses are not used for any other purpose and are not shared with any others
We also use email addresses to execute our Advance Notice Email Program to notify active customers of upcoming sales, advertisments, and other releases. These are permission based, with opt-out availability on every email used. These addresses are not shared with anyone else.
We also use email addresses when a person registers, by free-will, a "wants list" or other request for information. Again, these are not shared

We use Name, Address, and Phone number in the general administration of sales related payments, invoices, shipments, etc. We do not share these data elements with anyone else, except as required by the IRS, Federal or State laws.

No information in any of these categories are ever shared in list form with anyone outside of AAAWT, Inc. Never.

No information is ever shared relating to sales or purchases, tendencies, expenses, etc. Never shared for any reason unless legally required for tax purposes, or other Federal or State statutes.

AAAWT does not participate is the reporting of sales activities other than in gross numbers with no associated person or persons. AAAWT does not sell, provide, authorize, etc, the use of any sales $$ information with any of the multiple paid and free data bases.

Data Security, Protection, and Management

To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of information, we have put in place appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect, whether the information is collected online or in person.

Privacy concerning Children and other under the age of 18:

AAAWT will never collect or maintain information from anyone under the age of 13, and no part of our website is structured to attract anyone under 13. In addition, AAAWT, Inc. cannot execute a contract, sale or transaction with anyone under the age of 18 with written parent or guardian expense. Any such transaction is also completely confidential.

How You Can Access Or Correct Your Information:

You can correct factual errors in your personally identifiable information by communicating a request that credibly shows error.

To protect your privacy and security, we will also take reasonable steps to verify your identity before granting access or making corrections.
