This unusual form was created from a solid piece of wood; the molding by applied veneer; the dial door is turned and had two shrinkage cracks that were expertly repaired and are perfectly approximated and tight; tiny door latch is missing and small bit of wood loss to proper right corner of lower projecting molding. (H: 9.5"; W: 4"; D: 1.75")

Original stained surface and brass keyhole escutcheon. Very good condition with minor molding loss; approximately 4.5 by 1/8 inch bead near left proper front foot.
