Crocheted Cotton Collar in Frame
Probably early 20th century decorative piece. Remains in excellent condition.
Dimensions: 18.25 by 14.25-inch frame, 13.5 by 10.5-inch collar.
Enamelware Alphabet Plate
White enamelware plate with black decoration in form of alphabet, the names of the months, the face of a clock with Roman numerals and the numbers 1 through 12. The plate has no marks. There are some chips along the edge, one on the face of the plate and wear on clock face; there is also a chip on the reverse, all of which is noted for accuracy. The plate has no dents or breaks. Measures 8.75-inches in diameter.
Glass Faux Gemstone & Tortoise Shell Box
Rectangular glass and cardboard trompe l'oeil box with faux gemstone and tortoise shell decorated glass panels. A mirror is mounted on interior of lid. The box contains a number of 19th century calling cards.
Condition: cover is loose, one panel has a crack.
Dimensions: 1.5-inches high, 4.75-inches wide, 3.25-inches deep.
Redware Storage Jar
With Coggled Decoration
There is a small restoration on the lip of the jar, mentioned for accuracy. Measures 6.25-inches in height and 5-inches in diameter.
