With Sign Language Transfer

Brown transfer decoration of children in wooden shoes surrounded by the sign language alphabet. The border has a raised alphabet with purple luster stripe. The plate is signed HAYNSLEY & Co / LONGTON under a 1904 registration mark. Remains in very good condition. Measures 6.5-inches in diameter.
