Tartan Plaid Hourglass - SOLD



The bulb was blown in one piece and is received by the slightly domed and molded round endplates that are joined by four spindles. All surfaces except the endplate interiors which are painted black are covered with plaid paper. There are expected areas of minor edge ware; one spindle has lost approximately 1.50-inches of paper. (Height: 7.25-inches.)

Polychrome Chalkware Parrot



The parrot has yellow and green feathers, a black beak and a blue band on the perch. Good condition, with some scattered shallow chips, which is typical of chalkware, but no breaks or cracks. Measures 8.5-inches in height.

Octagonal Waiter
19th century



A painted tin tray with black interior decorated with central motif being a cluster of red fruits and feathery white and green leaves, the exterior and bottom have traces of gold japanning. Some loss of interior japanning and small chips in painted decoration, tray is solid with one small dent on the rolled rim. (Approximately 9-inches x 6-inches x ¼-inch.)
