Repousse flower and fruit decoration on bell and mouthpiece, leaf and vine engraving at top of horn, in an engraved cartouche formed by two intertwined fire hoses is "PRESENTED / To / MICHAEL HINES, Esq / By the Members of / Torrent Fire Co. / No. 5. / In Token of their Esteem / April 9th 1853," engraving of a pumper with a "5" on it as well as an eagle on a shield with stars and stripes and clutched in it's beak, a banner reading "We lend our aid in time of need." The mouthpiece indented with pinhole and a few very small dents in the cylinder. Approximately 22-inches in height.
