Approximately 15-inhces in height. Overglaze and underglaze decoration plus gilding. Shown in Victorian Staffordshire Figures 1835-1875: Book One as fig. 343, pg. 137 and in Staffordshire Portrait Figures of the Victorian Era on pg. B202-B203, plate 24A. Pugh rates this particular Franklin figure as rare and desirable. Excellent condition with normal crazing.
